NAD+ Intracellular Test in Karachi
Measure the NAD+ inside your cells from a finger-prick, with results in 7 to 10 working days. The clinic is the first in Pakistan to offer Bien-Être's intracellular NAD+ test.
Is the NAD+ test right for me?
- For anyone considering NAD+ drips or supplements, and for adults over 35 who want a baseline for energy, focus and recovery.
- A finger-prick at the clinic that takes minutes. The card is analysed by a CLIA-certified laboratory.
- Your level in µM, where it sits on the range, and a plan built on it, reviewed with Dr. Fehmida.
Your cellular battery has a gauge.
The NAD+ test at Dr. Fehmida Arif Clinic measures the NAD+ inside your cells from a simple finger-prick, with results in 7 to 10 working days. We are the first clinic in Pakistan to offer Bien-Être’s intracellular NAD+ test, so a precise, lab-grade NAD+ reading is now available in Karachi.
What is NAD+, and why measure it?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body. Your cells rely on it to turn food into energy, to repair everyday damage to DNA, and to keep the processes linked to healthy ageing running. NAD+ levels fall with age, typically by about half by your 40s, which is one reason energy, focus and recovery can start to dip in midlife.
Most people begin NAD+ drips or supplements such as NMN without knowing where they started. An intracellular NAD+ test gives you that baseline. Around 90 to 95% of the body’s NAD+ sits inside cells rather than in plasma, so a reading taken inside the cell says far more than a standard blood test. Dr. Fehmida then builds your plan around the number and retests to show how your level is responding.
What is Bien-Être?
Bien-Être is a precision longevity company based in Dubai, built on a simple idea: measure first, then personalise. Its two core tests, the NAD+ Intracellular Test and the Nutrition Biomarker Test, use a dried blood spot from a finger-prick, and every sample is analysed at a CLIA-certified laboratory, the US quality standard for clinical labs. Results arrive as a clear report with your level, the reference range and what it means for you.
In Pakistan, Bien-Être works through Global Wellness Pakistan. The tests are not sold to the public directly; they are offered only through partner clinics, where a doctor takes the sample and explains the result. Dr. Fehmida Arif Clinic in Clifton is a Global Wellness Pakistan partner clinic, so your NAD+ test is carried out, reviewed and followed up by a dermatologist with over 35 years of experience.
One visit, a fuller picture
The same finger-prick appointment can include the Nutrition Biomarker Test, which reads 29 markers across six panels covering key vitamins and minerals. If your NAD+ level is low, the NAD+ drip or the NAD+ Reset programme is the next step, with a retest to track the change. Book your NAD+ test in Karachi at our clinic at 200/1 Clifton 1, Block 5, Clifton; the finger-prick takes minutes and can be added to any visit.

What your reading means.
Very low
Energy production and repair reserves are significantly constrained. An intensive plan and a retest at 90 days.
Very low → 20 to 40 µMBelow optimal
Common by midlife, with room to rebuild. A personalised plan and a retest at 90 days.
Below optimal → 40 to 100 µMOptimal
The target range. The aim becomes keeping it there, with a retest every 180 days.
Optimal → Next stepNAD+ drip
Restore with an NAD+ IV when your level calls for it.
NAD+ drip → ProgrammeNAD+ Reset
Two NAD+ tests and one NAD+ IV: baseline, restore, retest.
NAD+ Reset → Same visitNutrition Biomarker Test
29 nutrition markers from the same finger-prick appointment.
Nutrition Biomarker Test →Good candidates
- Anyone about to start NAD+ drips or NAD+ supplements such as NMN or NR.
- Adults over 35 noticing lower energy, slower recovery or brain fog.
- Executives and athletes who want a measured baseline.
- Anyone who wants to know whether what they already take is working.
Not suitable for
- Anyone looking for a diagnosis: this is a wellness measurement, not a test for disease.
- If you take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, tell the clinic before the finger-prick.
Test, then act on the number.
Finger-prick
A trained member of the clinic team places a few drops of blood on a collection card. It takes minutes, with no arm draw and no fasting.
Laboratory analysis
The dried card goes to Bien-Être's CLIA-certified laboratory, which measures NAD+ inside the cells rather than in plasma.
Your result
In 7 to 10 working days you get your level in µM, where it sits on the range, and a plan built on it, reviewed with Dr. Fehmida.
From finger-prick to plan.
A short consultation with Dr. Fehmida, then the finger-prick.
Your level, the range and the plan, explained in plain language.
Low or below optimal: an NAD+ plan with a retest at 90 days. Optimal: you maintain.
A second reading shows how your level is responding to the whole plan.
Why intracellular matters.
| What you get | Bien-Être NAD+ test | Standard blood test |
|---|---|---|
| What it measures | NAD+ inside your cells, where it is used | The 5 to 10% circulating in plasma |
| Sample | Finger-prick blood spot | Arm blood draw |
| Result | Your level in µM, a range and a plan | A plasma value, if available at all |
| In Pakistan | At this clinic, the first in the country | No local intracellular test |
A baseline turns guesswork into a plan.

"Most people start NAD+ on how they feel. I would rather we start with a number, so we both know where you began and whether the plan is working."

7 to 10 working days, because samples are analysed at a CLIA-certified laboratory abroad. Dr. Fehmida goes through the result with you.
Yes. Bien-Être has confirmed that Dr. Fehmida Arif's clinic is the first in Pakistan to offer its intracellular NAD+ test.
Bien-Être's ranges are below 20 µM for very low, 20 to 40 µM for below optimal, and 40 to 100 µM for optimal.
At 90 days if your level is low or below optimal, and every 180 days once it is optimal, so you follow the trend rather than a single snapshot.
Your level responds to the whole plan, including sleep, diet, alcohol, activity and any supplements, and individual response varies. The retest shows how your level is responding. No numerical result can be promised.
No. It is a wellness insight tool, not a test for any disease. Results are reviewed within Dr. Fehmida's normal clinical judgement.
