Peptide Therapy in Karachi
Doctor-led peptide and GLP-1 programmes for weight, skin and cellular health, prescribed after a proper medical assessment and followed up with real monitoring.
Is peptide therapy right for me?
- For adults who want medical support with weight, skin quality or energy, and would rather do it under a doctor than buy injections from an unknown source.
- A consultation and medical assessment first. If a peptide suits you, Dr. Fehmida builds a supervised plan with the right candidate, dose and follow-up.
- A monitored programme: baseline assessment, a clear schedule, regular reviews, and honest advice if a peptide is not the right tool for you.
Small molecules. Large claims. Medical supervision.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. Some, such as the GLP-1 medicines known by the brand names Ozempic and Mounjaro, are among the most studied drugs of the last decade. Others are promising but still early in research. The internet rarely makes that distinction. We do.
The clinic offers a small, carefully chosen peptide menu: semaglutide and tirzepatide for medically supervised weight management, GHK-Cu for skin regeneration, and newer metabolic peptides such as retatrutide and MOTS-c for patients who want to understand where the science actually stands.
Every peptide at the clinic starts with a consultation. Dr. Fehmida assesses your history, screens for contraindications, and tells you plainly which option fits your goal, which does not, and what the evidence says. Nothing is dispensed without an assessment, and nothing is oversold.
Five peptides, five different jobs.
GLP-1
The weekly GLP-1 injection known by brand names such as Ozempic and Wegovy. Reduces appetite and supports significant, sustained weight loss under medical supervision.
GLP-1 → TirzepatideGIP + GLP-1
The dual-action weekly injection known by the brand name Mounjaro. In trials, the strongest weight loss results of any approved medicine in its class.
GIP + GLP-1 → Retatrutidetriple agonist
The next generation triple agonist, still in clinical trials. What the research shows so far, and what has to happen before it reaches patients.
triple agonist → GHK-Cucopper peptide
A naturally occurring copper peptide used in skin regeneration, collagen support and healing, delivered topically or with microneedling.
copper peptide → MOTS-cmitochondrial peptide
A research peptide studied for metabolism, exercise capacity and cellular energy. Early science, explained honestly.
mitochondrial peptide →How a peptide programme works here.
Consultation first
Buying injections over Instagram and self-dosing is how people get hurt. A peptide programme at the clinic looks different: you are assessed first, prescribed what suits you, taught exactly how to use it, and reviewed on a schedule.
A programme, not a product
For the GLP-1 medicines, the programme includes a baseline health review, screening for contraindications, dose titration to minimise side effects, nutrition guidance to protect muscle while you lose fat, and planned follow-ups. For skin peptides such as GHK-Cu, treatment is built into your skin plan alongside the clinic's other regenerative options.
From enquiry to programme.
Your goals, history and medicines reviewed. Screening for contraindications. Honest advice on whether a peptide is the right tool.
Weight, measurements and any relevant tests, so progress is measured rather than guessed.
A clear schedule, correct technique, and dose adjustments made by the doctor, not by trial and error.
Planned follow-ups to track results, manage side effects and decide the next step, including how to maintain results.
Know what you are taking.
| Regulatory status | Best for | Evidence | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semaglutide | Approved internationally; prescription only | Weight management, appetite control | Large multi-year trials |
| Tirzepatide | Approved internationally; registered in Pakistan | Weight management, metabolic health | Large multi-year trials |
| Retatrutide | Investigational, in phase 3 trials | Not yet in clinical use | Promising trial data |
| GHK-Cu | Cosmetic and regenerative use | Skin quality, healing, collagen | Decades of lab and cosmetic studies |
| MOTS-c | Research stage | Being studied for metabolism | Early human data |
The word peptide covers everything from extensively approved medicines to compounds still in trials. This is the distinction that matters.

"Peptides are tools, not magic. Some have superb evidence behind them and some are still being studied. My job is to tell you which is which before anything goes near your body."

Ask on WhatsAppPeptides are short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body. Many medicines are peptides, including insulin and the GLP-1 weight loss injections. Others are used in skincare or are still being researched.
It depends entirely on which peptide, its source and how it is used. Approved medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide have large safety trials behind them but still need screening and medical supervision. Research peptides have far less human data, which is why we are selective and assess every patient first.
Yes. Tirzepatide, known by the brand name Mounjaro, is registered in Pakistan, and GLP-1 treatment is available through clinics that prescribe and supervise it properly. The clinic offers it as part of a monitored weight management programme after a medical assessment.
The GLP-1 medicines are prescription treatments, and at this clinic every peptide, whatever its category, is provided only after a consultation and medical assessment. That protects you and your results.
Tirzepatide has shown the strongest average weight loss in head to head trials, with semaglutide close behind. Which suits you depends on your history, tolerance and goals, which is what the consultation establishes.
GHK-Cu is the best studied skin peptide, supporting collagen production and repair. It is usually combined with microneedling or included in a wider skin plan alongside treatments such as polynucleotides and exosomes.
Because peptide treatment is a medical programme, not a product. The right plan, dose and duration differ from patient to patient, so costs are discussed at consultation once the plan is clear.
We would advise against it. Unregulated products carry real risks: wrong doses, contamination and counterfeits are common, and there is no screening for conditions that make these compounds unsafe for some people. Supervision is not a formality, it is the treatment.
GLP-1 programmes typically show meaningful weight change over the first two to three months and continue from there. Skin peptides build results over a course of sessions. Your timeline is mapped out at consultation.
It varies by peptide. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are general exclusions, GLP-1 medicines have specific contraindications such as a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, and each page here lists the cautions for that compound. The consultation screens for all of them.
The information on this page is for education and does not replace medical advice. Peptide treatments at the clinic are provided only after an in-person consultation and medical assessment, and only where Dr. Fehmida considers them appropriate. Regulatory status varies by compound: some peptides described here are internationally approved prescription medicines, while others, including compounded and research-stage peptides, are not approved by regulators such as the FDA or DRAP. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
