Exosomes in Karachi
Cell-signalling vesicles that tell the skin to repair. Applied through microneedling or laser channels for rejuvenation, scars, redness and faster healing, and to the scalp for hair.
Is Exosomes right for me?
- For ageing, dull or inflamed skin, acne scars, pigmentation, redness and thinning hair, and to speed recovery after laser or microneedling.
- Three sessions of thirty to forty-five minutes, two to four weeks apart, usually with microneedling; red for a day.
- Skin quality improves within weeks and continues for months after the course.
The regenerative signal.
Exosomes are the messengers cells use to tell each other to repair. Tiny vesicles packed with growth factors, proteins and signalling molecules, they are derived in the laboratory from stem cells, purified and concentrated, and applied to the skin through microneedling or laser channels or by injection. The skin’s own cells receive the message and respond: more collagen, less inflammation, faster healing.
The clinic uses exosomes for facial rejuvenation, acne scars, redness and inflamed skin, pigmentation, and as an accelerator after laser and microneedling, where they halve recovery and improve the result. On the scalp, exosomes are one of the strongest non-surgical treatments for hair thinning.
Three sessions, two to four weeks apart, thirty to forty-five minutes each.
What exosomes do for the face
Exosomes are tiny messengers that cells use to tell each other to repair. In the skin they calm inflammation and signal the cells that make collagen to work harder. In practice that means three visible changes: skin that looks brighter and more even within a few weeks, finer texture and smaller-looking pores over two to three months, and faster, calmer healing after microneedling or laser. They do not fill lines or lift sagging skin. For those, Dr. Fehmida will suggest a treatment that does.
Exosome facial or microneedling alone?
Microneedling on its own makes thousands of tiny channels that prompt the skin to repair. Adding exosomes to those channels gives the skin a stronger repair signal at the moment it is most ready to respond. Patients usually find the redness settles faster, often by the next morning, and the results of a three-session course go further than microneedling alone. If your main concern is acne scarring or pigmentation, exosomes can also be combined with fractional laser.
What to expect, before and after
Straight after a session the skin is pink, like a mild sunburn, for the evening. Most people return to work the next day. The glow shows within a week, and texture keeps improving for about three months as new collagen forms. A course is usually three sessions, two to four weeks apart, with a maintenance session every six to twelve months.
Are exosomes safe?
Exosomes for skin are made in the laboratory from stem cells, then purified. Quality varies a great deal between products, so the clinic tells you exactly which product is used and where it comes from before you start. Exosomes are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active skin infection, or within six months of isotretinoin if microneedling is planned. Exosomes also work on the scalp: see exosomes for hair.

Open, apply, respond.
Channels are created
Microneedling or fractional laser opens micro-channels in the skin.
Exosomes are applied
The concentrated solution is massaged into the channels, or injected for targeted areas.
Cells respond
Fibroblasts and immune cells receive the signal; inflammation falls and collagen production rises over weeks.

Ask on WhatsAppYes. They are cell-free, purified and screened, with no living cells and no DNA, so there is no risk of rejection. Redness after the microneedling is the usual effect.
The clinic uses laboratory-derived, pharmaceutical-grade exosomes from screened stem cell sources, purified and lyophilised for stability.
Thirty to forty-five minutes with microneedling.
Redness for a day, usually less than microneedling alone.
Calmer, brighter skin within a week; texture and scars improve over the course.
Three, two to four weeks apart, then maintenance.
PRP is your own growth factors; exosomes are a higher and more consistent concentration of signalling vesicles. Exosomes are stronger per session; PRP is fully autologous.
Pricing is per session including the microneedling. The clinic shares the exact fee at the consultation. Ask on WhatsApp for current pricing.
Yes, when combined with microneedling or fractional laser. Deep scars usually need a combined plan, which Dr. Fehmida will explain at your consultation.
Often yes, because exosomes calm inflammation, which drives melasma. It must be planned by a dermatologist, as some treatments that go with them can make melasma worse on brown skin.
