The Process

Before care

Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 1 week before treatment.
Refrain from taking blood-thinning medications a few days prior.
Inform the doctor of any metal implants or dental work in the treatment area.
Do not wear makeup or skincare products on the day of the procedure.
Arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, creams, or oils.

Aftercare

Avoid direct sun exposure; use sunscreen with SPF 30+.
Do not rub or massage the treated area for 48 hours.
Refrain from high-impact exercise, saunas, and hot baths for 48 hours post-treatment.

Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 hours after the procedure.
Follow a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
