Is Polynucleotides right for me?

  • For crepey, dark or hollow under-eyes, thin or inflamed skin, acne scarring and early ageing where volume is not the answer.
  • Two to three twenty-minute sessions, two to four weeks apart, with small bumps for a day.
  • Skin quality improves over two to three months and lasts six to nine months.
Overview

Repair, not fill.

Polynucleotides are the regenerative injectable that treats the skin’s health rather than its shape. Purified DNA fragments, derived from salmon, are injected into the skin where they signal fibroblasts to repair, reduce inflammation and produce new collagen and elastin. The skin becomes thicker, better hydrated and more even in tone.

The clinic uses polynucleotides for the under-eye area, where fillers can be risky and the skin is thin and crepey; for the face, neck and hands as a regenerative alternative to skin boosters; for acne scarring and rosacea-prone skin; and, with the hair protocol, for thinning hair.

Two to three sessions, two to four weeks apart, about twenty minutes each. Results build over two to three months.

What it treats

Where the skin needs repair.

Good candidates

  • Under-eye concerns that fillers cannot safely address.
  • Thin, inflamed, sensitive or sun-damaged skin.
  • Patients who want regeneration rather than volume.
  • Preparation for and recovery from laser or microneedling.

Not suitable for

  • Fish allergy.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • Active infection at the injection sites.
  • Expectations of volume or lift; polynucleotides improve quality, not shape.
How it works

Signal, repair, rebuild.

01

Mapping

Areas are marked and numbed; the under-eye is treated with a fine cannula or micro-injections.

02

Injection

Small deposits are placed in the dermis. Twenty minutes for the face.

03

Regeneration

Fibroblasts are signalled to repair; collagen, elastin and hydration improve over the following weeks. A second and third session build on the first.

Skin looks fresher within two weeks; the full regenerative result develops over two to three months.

Two to three, two to four weeks apart, then maintenance every six to nine months.

Polynucleotides improve the skin quality and darkness; filler adds volume to a hollow. Many under-eyes need quality first, and some need both.

Yes. Injected into the scalp they support follicles and reduce inflammation, as part of the clinic's hair restoration protocols.

Pricing is per session for the course. The clinic shares the exact fee at the consultation. Ask on WhatsApp for current pricing.
