Cosmelan depigmentation peel is an advanced two-phase method that is used to eliminate the dark spots caused by melanin hyperpigmentation resulting in skin lightening. It is used to address different kinds of pigmentation including sun & age spots, post-inflammatory hyper, melasma & freckles.

Before the treatment, the patient’s face is cleaned with an oil-removal solution. Next, The skin specialist applies Cosmelan I mask to the patient’s face which needs to be kept on for 8-12 hours depending on the skin condition which is then removed with water. The patient is then prescribed a moisturizer three times daily & SPF, followed by Cosmelan II cream at night to reduce sensitivity. The Cosmelan peel is suitable for all skin tones and achieves that results in reduced blemishes & a brighter complexion.

Dermamelan chemical peel treats hormonally caused pigmentation like melasma or lentigo improving uneven skin tone, sun damage & freckles. It also reduces the pore size, regulates oil secretion & prevents inflammations. It is performed in two phases:  

• Phase One: A skin specialist applies a mask to the patient’s face for 20 minutes, then a special after-care home kit is provided to the patient.
• Phase Two: This phase involves keeping the mask on for 8-12 hours and then removing it with water. Two days after the treatment the skin starts to peel off. After the skin stops peeling the patient is prescribed to use Dermamelan® after-care cream. 

PCA SENSI Peel 

This chemical peel targets acne breakouts & pigmentation caused by sun exposure bringing an even and brighter skin tone with its formula of AHAs & plant ingredients. It firms the skin & eliminates hyperpigmentation. Also beneficial in treating rosacea and inflammations because it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory features. 5 to 7 days before the treatment the patient should avoid tanning, botox, fillers, waxing and other skin care products.

The skin specialist provides a pre/post-treatment protocol to the patient where the patient’s skin will appear red on day 1. Next for the post-treatment protocol patient is provided a home kit, hydrating cream, and high SPF. The patient should avoid sun exposure and continue after-care, cleansing & moisturizing.

PCA Ultra Peel 

PCA Ultra chemical peel is designed to reduce wrinkles and fine lines on aging skin. It treats acne, hyperpigmentation, and sun damage by hydrating the skin. This chemical peel can treat fine lines, improve oily skin, reduce dark spots & brighten the skin. The patient is asked to use Dermaceutic Serum 25 twice a day for a week. This will boost the skin peel revealing the skin areas that are sensitive to glycolic acid. Next, the patient’s skin is cleaned with Dermaceutic Cleanser 5 and then washed with water. A Milk Peel is applied, left for 2 minutes, then washed with water. The patient must avoid direct sunlight and apply a high SPF as an after-treatment.
