Polynucleotides in Karachi
Regenerative injectables for the under-eye, face, neck and hands. Purified polynucleotides repair the skin from within: thicker, calmer, more hydrated, more even.
Is Polynucleotides right for me?
- For crepey, dark or hollow under-eyes, thin or inflamed skin, acne scarring and early ageing where volume is not the answer.
- Two to three twenty-minute sessions, two to four weeks apart, with small bumps for a day.
- Skin quality improves over two to three months and lasts six to nine months.
Repair, not fill.
Polynucleotides are the regenerative injectable that treats the skin’s health rather than its shape. Purified DNA fragments, derived from salmon, are injected into the skin where they signal fibroblasts to repair, reduce inflammation and produce new collagen and elastin. The skin becomes thicker, better hydrated and more even in tone.
The clinic uses polynucleotides for the under-eye area, where fillers can be risky and the skin is thin and crepey; for the face, neck and hands as a regenerative alternative to skin boosters; for acne scarring and rosacea-prone skin; and, with the hair protocol, for thinning hair.
Two to three sessions, two to four weeks apart, about twenty minutes each. Results build over two to three months.

"For the under-eye, polynucleotides are what I use most now. They repair thin skin instead of filling it, and the area looks rested rather than treated."
