Endolift X is a laser lift from beneath the skin. A 1470 nm laser fibre finer than a hair is passed under the skin through a needle-sized entry point, where it heats the deep dermis and the fat layer directly. Collagen contracts immediately and remodels for months; superficial fat is reduced in the same pass. The result is tightening of the jawline, jowls, neck and lower face that builds over three to six months and lasts up to two years.
It is a single session under local anaesthetic, with no scalpel, no stitches and no general anaesthetic, and swelling that settles within days. The clinic was among the first in Pakistan to offer it.
