Is Acne right for me?

  • For acne at any age and any grade, including hormonal, cystic and body acne.
  • A consultation with grading, then home treatment with clinic sessions of twenty to thirty minutes every two to four weeks.
  • Clear improvement in six to eight weeks; control in three to four months.
Overview

Acne, treated properly.

Acne is the most common skin disease and the one most often treated badly. Scrubs, over-the-counter creams and the wrong facials leave it inflamed and, worse, leave marks and scars that are harder to treat than the acne itself. At the clinic acne is graded and treated as a medical condition, by a dermatologist with thirty-five years of it behind her.

Treatment combines prescription care, topical and oral including isotretinoin with monitoring, with in-clinic procedures that speed clearance: acne peels, blue and red LED, laser for active acne, extraction and injections for painful cysts. Once the acne is under control the same clinic treats what it leaves behind, on the acne scar page.

Teenagers, adults with hormonal acne and patients with body acne are all treated. Visible improvement in six to eight weeks; control within three to four months.
