Sylfirm X is radiofrequency microneedling with a difference: it has a pulsed-wave mode designed for melasma, rosacea and the abnormal blood vessels that keep pigmentation coming back, alongside the continuous-wave mode that tightens skin and remodels scars. It is an FDA-cleared RF microneedling system, and its pulsed mode targets the fragile vessels that feed pigment, which is why it is used for melasma.
The clinic uses it for melasma and stubborn pigmentation, redness and rosacea, acne scars, open pores, fine lines and laxity of the lower face and neck. Insulated needles protect the surface, which makes it safe on brown skin.
