CO2RE is the fractional CO2 laser for skin that needs real resurfacing: deep acne scars, etched lines, sun damage, surgical scars and rough texture. The laser removes columns of damaged skin and heats the tissue around them, so the surface renews and the dermis rebuilds with new collagen. One session can do what months of gentler treatment cannot.
The clinic uses CO2RE with settings chosen for brown skin and with careful preparation and aftercare, because the strength that makes it effective is the same strength that demands respect. Downtime is five to seven days of redness and peeling. One to three sessions, two to three months apart.

- Etched lines and significant sun damage.

Not suitable for
- Active acne or infection in the area.
- Isotretinoin in the past twelve months.
- Keloid tendency or very dark skin without preparation.
- Pregnancy, and recent sun exposure.

Priming creams for two to four weeks on brown skin, and antiviral cover where needed.
Fractional ablation
After strong numbing, the laser removes micro-columns of skin and heats the surrounding dermis. Forty-five to sixty minutes.
Renewal
The surface heals in five to seven days; collagen rebuilds for three to six months.
